• US-CERT - United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team

  United States CERT, operating within the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate.

• ICS-CERT - ICS Cyber Emergency Response Team

  CERT working side-by-side with the US-CERT and dealing with security related to industrial control systems.

• NIST - National Institute of Standards and Technology

  Measurement standards laboratory, non-regulatory agency of the United States Department of Commerce. Promotes innovation and industrial competitiveness. Leads cybersecurity programs seeking to fulfill needs for cybersecurity standards and best practices that address interoperability, usability and privacy.

• United Nations International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Cybersecurity

  Specialized agency of the United Nations (UN) responsible for issues concerning information and communication technologies. Coordinates the shared global use of the radio spectrum, promotes international cooperation in assigning satellite orbits, works to improve telecommunication infrastructure in the developing world, and assists in the development and coordination of worldwide technical standards.

• Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) - North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)

  Its mission is to enhance the capability, cooperation and information sharing among NATO, its member nations and partners in cyber defence by virtue of education, research and development, lessons learned and consultation.

• UK Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI)

  United Kingdom government authority which provides protective security advice to businesses and organisations across the national infrastructure. Give advices aiming to reduce the vulnerability of the national infrastructure to terrorism and other threats, protecting the UK's essential services.

  SANS Institute is an organization of security professionals (experts, system administrators, academics, governmental agents) aggregating knowledges about Information Technologies security and dispatching it via cyber security trainings.

  SCADAhacker is the website of Joel Langill, security expert in SCADA systems. He provides training on ICS Cyber Security and a lot of articles, book and tools reviews and recommendations.
